Do you have questions about shipping your order or returning a product? Below you will find answers to the most common questions.

How long does it usually take for a customer to receive her glass art after placing an order, and are there different shipping options?

Orders are shipped the next business day (Monday to Friday) Transit times to your designated address do very, but will communicated in the form of a tracking number for you to follow the shipment.

 

What should a customer do if the glass artwork is not to their liking or arrived damaged? Are there any costs involved?

Do you also ship outside Belgium? And should international customers take into account extra costs such as import duties or VAT?

International shipping is available. Please note that taxes may apply to shipments shipping outside of EU.
